refunds/returns policy

All sales are final. We will offer complimentary repairs on items such as handmade jewelry and crocheted items when it is in our ability to do so. There is no time limit on when you can ask for a repair – but we reserve the right to determine if an item is damaged beyond repair and would require being completely remade.

Examples of repairable items:

• jewelry that broke and you can provide us with the majority of the beads, charms, & stones
• a crocheted good with a small hole or tear (or dismembered limb)
  

A receipt or proof of purchase would be nice but it is not necessary.

There are certain situations where repairs are not likely:

• A crocheted good that has suffered from water damage or burns
• A jewelry piece where the majority of the materials were not recovered
• Any item that we cannot confirm was created & sold by The Bog Witches
